A Technical Built Environment Consultancy for the changing world

In its brief period of time the 21st century has seen a rapid acceleration in technological advancement within the built environment. With tightening regulatory constraints, surging environmental consciousness and an urgent need to de-carbonise buildings coupled with the demand for buildings that perform dynamically in an energy efficient manner, the built environment is evolving. With evolution comes change and we pride ourselves in being a new breed of consultancy which blends the traditions of building surveyors with the skillsets of a building services engineer to cater for the estates of now and for the future.

Established in 2017, Q Works has been working across the built environment nationwide servicing Clients in Healthcare, Defence, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing and Educational sectors. We are multi-disciplined consultancy practice who consistently deliver required outcomes in complex environments.

With our experience of working in operational facilities, our specialist team takes care of your buildings, estates, and assets to limit unnecessary expenses and extend the life of assets. Crucially we do all this in a live environment meaning our analogy of “rewiring a plane whilst in mid-flight” holds true with many of our Clients and the projects we undertake.
