Big congratulations to Paul Matthews for his appointment as Trustee and Vice Chair for Plymouth Citizens Advice. The work of Citizens Advice (CA) has remained of great value for many years, providing free, independent, confidential and impartial advice people need for the problems they face, to improve policies and practises that affect people’s lives.
The role of a Trustee is largely strategic, advisory and observational and to hold the senior leadership team accountable and to protect the interests of the charity. With some direct experience of working in this sector, we appreciate the social value CA brings to many, wanting help checking on their rights and responsibilities.
