Design and Design Management

Cost Consulting and Quantity Surveying

We help determine clients’ requirements and undertake feasibility studies. By mapping out the whole life cycles of assets and buildings clients are able to forecast for maintenance and costings with our active management of costs processes. These 5, 10, 15 and 20 year plans help spread costs, keep assets running saving energy and money whilst giving clients confidence and avoiding potential unwanted issues.
