What happens when PFI schools officially open and the ceremony is consigned to the website, the project ticked off and considered a success? Plenty!
This is a prime example of where companies like ours still have a huge part to play in supporting schools and PFI providers with their ongoing requirements. Schools are continually being altered to meet further needs and redevelopments (however minor) need to have technical expertise in place and on tap. Schools being able to remain agile with the use of their land and buildings is important.
Throughout the lifecycle of these PFI’s we enjoy supporting the FM teams working with a number of these schools in Bristol still making sure they get the best possible use from their buildings.
